Our coaching sessions can be used to address a wide range of issues. They can help to develop people’s skills and abilities, as well as boost performance or address wellbeing concerns. It is up to the individual to select the issue that is most affecting them and then they can explore this in a structured and constructive way with their coach.

HOW IT WORKS

  • Individuals select an available time slot. To help us prepare, individuals will be asked 2 simple questions about what they would like to explore with our coach.
  • During the session, our coaches guide individuals with relevant questions and pointers. They will work through any confusion and uncertainty so individuals have a clear plan of action on what to do next.
  • Everyone that attends our sessions leaves with greater clarity and improved self-awareness. They also leave with a variety of tools, techniques and methods to help them move ahead.

All of our coaches are registered with BACP (British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy) or ICF (Coaching Federation).
