We understand that choosing a training provider is an important decision, so we have put together answers for some frequently asked questions to help you.

Interactive – we don’t use PowerPoint or preach. Our sessions are a unique mix of insights and theories, exercises and activities, planning and fun. When the mind has to work, the learning sticks.

We offer 2 core training formats:

  • 1-Hour Courses: Short, specific and sharp 1-hour training courses focused on a particular skill or topic – including ‘Assertiveness’, ‘Bias’, ‘Creativity’ and ‘Productivity'.
  • Manager Courses: Courses aimed at those that manage others to drive company-wide change. Sessions include ‘Management Essentials’, ‘Coaching Skills’, ‘Managing Wellbeing’ and more.

We also offer relevant coaching services.

We are based in London and Bristol. Our trainers cover most of the UK. We are also based in Sydney, Australia.

All of the different training courses available can be found on our website here. We have topics ranging from ‘Assertiveness’ to ‘Coaching Skills’ and ‘Resilience’.

We are a bite-sized training provider – sessions range from 60 to 120 minutes.

Our courses can be run online, at your office, or at a location of your choosing.

Yes, all of our courses can be run online. We use tailored workbooks and online tools to make these sessions as interactive as possible. They are not ‘webinars’.

Our ‘1-Hour Courses’ can include up to 30 people (with a minimum requirement of 5 people). Our ‘Manager Courses’ can include up to 20 people (again with a minimum requirement of 5 people).

No, you are fine to book one course or several. 

Yes. We’ll provide registration links, invites and promotional e-Flyers for all of our sessions. We’ll also bring along the materials needed to run our sessions. If you need help beyond that, let us know and we will see what we can do. We try to make working with us as easy as possible for you.

We will always work with you to make sure we are delivering any training in the right context and for your needs. We are also always happy to talk around specific requirements, and make adjustments where possible.

Each session comes with a workbook and toolkit which we urge attendees to keep hold of as a practical reference guide they can use back in their roles. They are full of tools and techniques.
We also provide promotional e-Flyers prior to each session.

We'll provide simple suggestions and prompts (we know how busy everyone is) of things people can try out in the course of their work to embed the learning. For every course, we'll also provide a host of practical tools and techniques they can refer back to and use.
