One of the long-term effects of Covid-19 and the shift to remote work is undoubtedly burnout. In 2019, the World Health Organization classified burnout as an occupational phenomenon resulting from chronic workplace stress. In the last year, the number of workers assessing their mental health as poor, or very poor tripled (Asana). We need to take action now to rebuild.

This session will do just that – providing an opportunity to get away from busy lives and take stock. Everyone will discover practical actions they can take to improve their wellbeing.
